• A director with nearly twenty years of combined service with Progressive Credit Union and one of its predecessor credit unions, Capital prior to joining the Inaugural Board of Directors. He is a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Governance & HR Committee. He has served on the Audit, Governance and Credit committees. Bringing a strong analytical approach to the Board oversight role, Don enjoys reviewing credit union metrics and financial data with a focus on how credit unions are creating sustainable member value.
• In addition to his credit union service, Don serves as the district captain for the Canadian Cancer Society.
• Don was the manager of 3 Analytical Chemistry Labs during his 35 yr career.

• In addition to his credit union service, David has in the past served as Treasurer for the United Church of Canada and Director for the Westmorland Albert Solid Waste Commission.

• A director with fifteen years of combined service with Bayview Credit Union prior to joining the Inaugural Board of Directors. He is currently President of the board and has experience serving on all board committees.
• Served as a director on Atlantic Central Association of Credit Unions – 2010-19
• In addition to his credit union service, Kurt serves as a Commissioner with the Saint John Transit Authority, a coach with Lancaster Minor Basketball and was a director on the Uptown Saint John Business Improvement Association.
